SLIFE’s strong capability in design, engineering and consistency in delivering quality forgings has resulted in 100 percent retention of the clients. SLIFE components are used in automobile industry, Earth Moving Equipments, Hydraulic Cylinders, Valve manufacturing, Oil & Gas industry and Petrochemicals Industry.
SLIFE is an ISO 9001:2000 Certified company by RWTUV and specializes in close die forgings ranging from 0.50 kgs to 50 kgs in weight.
The company has been awarded with the Certificate of excellence from Wipro Infrastructure Engineering Ltd. It also has the privilege of getting a certificate from Komatsu, Japan for the heat treatment plant.
The company has two manufacturing plants in Bangalore with total covered area of 140000 sq. feet. It has an installed capacity of 15000 M Tons per year.

Quality Control/Assurance
The processes like In- process inspection, MPI testing, Micro and Macro analysis, Mechanical Testing and a final inspection ensure defect free components. SQA technique is used to inspect the finished goods.
Kaizen and APQP activities are also carried out to monitor and improve quality and performance.
A company as proud as its employees, SLIFE believes, organisational behaviour is a virtue in the first instance and training is an enhanced method in improving it. SLIFE follows a systematic pattern in recruiting employees and moulding them to the company’s requirements. It employs 350 skilled workers. Employees undergo training programmes at regular intervals to sharpen their skills and learn new ones.
